What you should know
Deposit & Payment
- To confirm your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the booking price to our account: IBAN: AT18 3699 0000 0913 3646 BIC: RBRTAT22XXX Raiffeisenbank Reutte
- You can pay the hotel bill in cash by EC or credit card (Mastercard, VISA).
- The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Reutte.
- Our prices are per person/night or per person/offer! The prices may be summarized in the booking section below.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of errors and refer to the current price list!
Check-in | Check-out | Parking
- Check-in: Your room will be ready for you from 15:00. If you arrive after 7:30 pm, we will be happy to prepare a Lechtaler Bretteljause for you .
- Check-out: We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.
- We have parking spaces in front of the building and an underground garage. E-cars are not allowed to park in the underground garage for insurance reasons. Charging facilities are available at the community center in Steeg.
Meal times - Opening hours
- Our breakfast takes place from 07:30 to 10:30.
- Dinner is served for you from 18:00 to 19:30.
- In winter, the wellness area is open at the following times: 10:00 to 23:00. The saunas are heated from 14:00 to 19:00. Our sweat room and steam bath as well as the infrared cabin can be heated if required (please mark on the menu).
- In summer, the wellness area is open at the following times: 10:00 to 23:00. The saunas are heated from 16:00 to 21:00. Our sweat room and steam bath as well as the infrared cabin can be heated if required (please mark on the menu).
- If you have a hot tub in your room, you can fill it once a day with fresh, warm spring water.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request. Bookable in the “URIG” rooms and suites in the main building.
Cancellation
So nothing stands in the way of a secure booking.
Free of charge up to 30 days before departure
Fromthe 29th to the 15th day before departure 30% of the net price
From the 14th to the 7th day before departure 50% of the net price
From the 6th day before departure 70% of the net price
On the day of departure, in the event of no-show or trip interruption 90% of the net price
Because something can always come up, we recommend travel cancellation insurance with Covid cover
